How much should I deposit in my account?

armcofx understands that each trader is different and we work to cater toward individual needs. This is why we introduced the Mini, Standard, and Active Trader account types. While all traders have access to armcofx's 24/7 Live Support and online education materials, you can gain even more services as you increase your initial deposit.

How do I deposit funds?

with your live account username and password, then click "Deposit Funds". (For clients who have filled out the online application but have not received an account username, please deposit funds here. A username will be provided after the initial deposit is processed.)
The available funding options and deposit time frames are:
Credit or Debit Card:
Approximately one business day, often less to process into your trading account.
Bank Wires (SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS, SEPA):
Approximately one to two business days (domestic) and three to five business days (international), often less, to arrive and process into your trading account.
ACH:
Approximately one to five business days to clear and process into your trading account.
Paper Cheque:
Approximately five to ten business days after receipt to clear and process into your trading account.
Please note the time frames above are approximate. While not common, in some cases, delays in processing may occur in some instances as armcofx does not exhibit control over the entire funding process. All GBP cheques must be drawn on a GBP denominated UK bank account, and USD cheques must be drawn on a USD denominated bank US bank account. Cheques drawn in a currency other than GBP or USD will be returned to the remitter. Please note that armcofx is not responsible for any lost cheques.
Credit or debit card can be the fastest and easiest method to deposit funds online. If your deposit exceeds 20,000 CCY or equivalent, the fastest and easiest method to deposit funds is by bank wire.
The minimum deposit for use of our online credit card or debit card system is 50 CCY. The minimum deposit for use of our ACH deposit system is 100 CCY. The maximum credit or debit card deposit is 20,000 CCY or the equivalent per calendar month and the maximum ACH deposit is 50,000 CCY per calendar month.
There are no administrative fees from armcofx to deposit funds.

Can I deposit funds on a Mobile phone?

Yes. Trading Station Mobile supports credit card and debit card deposits, allowing you to take control of your account from nearly anywhere. Most mobile deposits are processed within one business day.

How do I withdraw funds?

It's fast and easy to withdraw funds from your armcofx trading account. For your convenience, withdrawal requests are submitted online.

A withdrawal request can be submitted online by selecting your withdrawal method and clicking "Submit". We will process your withdrawal request within one to two business days whenever possible. The available withdrawal options and time frames to receive funds are:

Credit or Debit Card:
Time frames will vary depending on the credit card issuer and may take up to one billing cycle to post back to the credit or debit card used for funding.
Bank Wires:
Domestic bank wires take about one to two business days and international bank wires take about three to five business days, often less, to arrive.
SEPA:
If you have a Euro denominated account and your bank account is located in the European Union, you will have the option to withdraw funds via SEPA.
BACS:
If you have a GBP denominated account and your bank account is located in the United Kingdom, you will have the option to withdraw funds via BACS.
Domestic bank wires take approximately one to two business days and international bank wires take three to five business days, often less, to arrive.
If you funded your account with a credit card or debit card, it is required to withdraw the principal amount (deposit amount) back to your credit card. The credit card issuer may take from five business days to one billing cycle (approximately thirty days) to post back to the credit or debit card used for funding. When requesting a withdrawal to a credit card, please consider if that card is closed, expired, or a different credit card number has been issued, to choose an alternative method of withdrawal. Returning funds to a closed account can cause a significant delay in receiving funds, and armcofx cannot guarantee a time frame in which funds will be received if the requested withdrawal amount is initiated to a closed account.
There are no fees for withdrawals by credit or debit card. A small withdrawal fee will be charged for all bank wire requests.

May I send cash or a cash equivalent such as a money order or Travelers Cheque?

Cash and cash equivalents cannot be accepted as we are unable to verify the origin of these funds. They will be returned upon receipt.

What are the fees for depositing funds?

Neither Barclays nor armcofx charge fees for incoming deposits. We recommend you contact your bank regarding any fees they or their associated intermediary banks may charge.

How can I send funds in a currency not listed on your website?

armcofx has funding instructions for multiple currencies. If you wire funds in a currency other than the denomination of that bank account, the bank will automatically convert it to the denominated currency at an exchange rate specified by them, which may not necessarily be favourable.

What is considered a "third party" deposit?

Deposits received from an account in a different name and/or held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios.

Does armcofx accept third party deposits?

No. Third Party deposits violate armcofx's Anti-Money Laundering policies and as such armcofx cannot accept any payments via a third party. Should third party funds be received, armcofx may ask for supporting documentation such as a Wire Confirmation and/or Bank statement in order to prove ownership.
We can neither guarantee the receipt nor the return of such payments.

I would like to send funds using a different method other than the options you provided. How can I do this?

The deposit choices armcofx offers have been selected to provide the most convenient and reliable options to fund your account. Any method other than those listed is not recommended and could prevent or cause delays in armcofx crediting the funds to your account
